What is a trade show?
A trade show is an event that brings together members of a certain industry, allowing exhibitors to showcase their products and services to a large audience. Products are sold at a wholesale cost to visitors (retailers), and are often sold in bulk, at a lower price than the RRP.
At Source Fashion, we strive to bring the best manufacturers, fabric producers and technology providers from around the world to Olympia London – putting the fashion supply chain at the fingertips of fashion buyers.

Source Fashion is held in London at Excel London, one of the UK’s leading exhibition centres.

Who can attend?
Source Fashion is open to registered trade visitors, those looking to start a new business in the next 12 months, and accredited journalists*.
*Press, including bloggers, influencers, PR agencies, photographers and videographers must be accredited by our public relations team. Photography is not permitted at any time unless you have been authorized as an officially accredited photographer. For accreditation enquiries, please contact SharonG@goodresults.co.uk.

Can I bring children?
We advise that children under 16 do not attend the event, as this is a trade only event and there will not be crèche facilities available.
A child entry pass will be required for all those under the age of 16 – these can only be picked up on the day from the registration desks in the main entrance.
Anyone over the age of 16 will be required to register for the event by completing the visitor registration form.
Can I edit my registration details?
Yes, if you'd like to edit any of your registration details please email
info@source-fashion.com and a member of our team will be able to assist you.
What if I have forgotten my entry badge when I arrive to the show?
If you've forgotten your entry badge, please go to the registration desks and they will print a new one for you. You may be asked to provide proof of company name or ID, so please have confirmation in the form of a business card or confirmation email available.

Why is Source Fashion moving to Excel London?
Since launching in 2023, Source Fashion has grown rapidly into Europe’s leading responsible fashion sourcing show. Whilst we have loved our time at Olympia London, this move to Excel London for our July edition gives us the room to expand the show, elevate the experience, and deliver even greater value for our community.
The new venue enables us to introduce enhanced content and features, welcome a broader range of exhibitors, and create more opportunities to connect and discover. It also offers improved accessibility for both UK and international visitors, with excellent transport links and on-site facilities.

Can I park at the venue?
