FARIADACOSTA is a portuguese family company that started activity in 1988 as a manufacturer of sports socks. The investments made in machinery and the search for business opportunities have led the company over time to modify its range, becoming specialized in autumn/winter socks.
With a view to sustained development and an effective response to market demands, the company is making a permanent investment in machinery with a fleet of 200 machines and a monthly capacity of 800.000 pairs.
Currently the company produces socks with several fibres, mostly in blends of wool. We are also introducing recycled and technical yarns, targeting demanding markets both in terms of quality and for its demanding climatic level.
For the production of its articles, we have the collaboration of +100 employees who are offered an excellent quality of work, either for the good facilities or for the careful compliance with hygiene and safety conditions.
