We are a 35 year old garment manufacturing and export business based out of Mumbai, India. We have an office in the UK (London) as well as in Bangladesh (Dhaka). The UK office operates under the name Alpha Apparels as does the Bangladesh company. Between our management we have 60+ years of experience in the manufacturing and export of clothing. Our strengths lie in sourcing of raw materials and production of high quality finished garments.

Our production facilities in India are about 200 kms north of Mumbai in a town called Umergaon on the Gujarat border. At these two facilities we currently have a total of 400-500 machines producing garments across wovens and knits for menswear and boyswear with a capability to also do womenswear shirts, tees and basic tops. Similarly our production facilities on the outskirts of Dhaka are focused on mens outerwear, jackets and synthetic track tops/bottoms. Some of our production facilities are partly owned by us and others are owned by manufacturer partners with whom we have worked for over 2 decades.

All our facilities have the appropriate certifications for UK and European health/safety/employee welfare norms. We use the latest machinery for sewing, cutting, buttoning and finishing and machinery is regularly service and upgraded. 

We have and continue to produce a variety of products some of which are as follows - shirts (casual/formal/workwear), tees, polos, hoodies, sweat tops, sweat pants, sweater knitwear, outerwear jackets, chinos and shorts. Currently our wovens to knits split is 60/40. 

We are also in the process of adding home textiles to our portfolio of products limited to bath/face/hand/beach towels, printed and embroidered bedsheets & pillowcases via outsourced manufacturing with partners whom we have worked with for well over 10 years.
