Ella manages and delivers Knowledge Exchange projects at Centre for Sustainable Fashion (CSF), which aim to address fashion’s impact on people and the planet. She works with industry partners to deliver circular economy capacity building, sustainability strategy development, and governance support. Ella also leads on CSF’s policy work, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to advocate for legislation that supports systems change in the fashion sector. Ella previously spent four years at an environmental consultancy, delivering policy studies for the public sector, NGOs and associations. She studied BA Geography at Durham University and MSc Environmental Economics at LSE.
