Jo currently Leads the NEXT Group Sustainability team across a variety of ESG topics including Responsible Sourcing, Packaging, Chemicals and Product Legislation. Prior to NEXT, Jo has worked for a number of multi-national, multi channel retailers in  Sustainability, originally beginning her career in fashion buying.  Outside NEXT, Jo has not-for-profit experience and is  on the Board of Trustees for a charity.  Jo is driven by systems change and to integrate sustainability as part of everyone's roles within organisations.
