Kafle has 25 years experience in Nepalese Pashmina manufacturing and exporting. He is currently the  Managing Director of Everest Cashmere Industry, Vice president of Nepal Pashmina Industries Association, being associated with Nepal Pashmina Industries association since 2002. Kafle has a masters in Public Administration and a bachelor in Law .
