    At Brij Designs, our continuous aim is to create a sustainable ecosystem within our business. We are driven to make our work site greener by gradually transitioning to renewable energy sources. Our dedication to conservation of resources is a source of pride, and we actively seek opportunities to expand our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.

    We collaborated with Onlygood for calculating our organisation's total carbon footprint starting in FY 2021-2022. Onlygood, through its Carbon Intelligence Platform collected our energy consumption data linked with different production activities and provided the GHG emissions associated with the same activities. The dashboard also allows the user to set ambitious GHG emission reduction targets. Once enough data is collected (at least one year's), the tool will let you set a base year and a target year along with the percentage of GHG emissions you want to reduce between the base year and the target year. Brij designs continues to measure its organisational carbon footprint via Onlygood's platform. We have taken the financial year 2022-2023 as our base year.

    1. FSC、OCS、Oeko-tex100、GOTS、BSCI、WRAP、SMETA certified. 2. Dope Dyeing Technology: Tianhong ensures that over 40% of the fabrics in production use the dope dyeing process. Compared to conventional methods, this process saves an average of 60 tons of water per ton of fabric, reduces dye and auxiliary agent usage by 150 kg, and cuts down carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 750 kg. 3. Prefer certified sustainable or recycled fabric: organic bamboo、organic cotton、recycled polyester fabric... 4. Sustainable Production: A. Actively use clean and renewable energy, especially solar energy, to reduce our carbon emissions B. Closed-loop manufacturing processes, equipped with powder and liquid automatic delivery systems C.Waste and wastewater safe treatment &water recycling 5. Emphasize human rights protection, social responsibility and employee health and safety.

    1. Develop and incorporate more biodegradable accessories, such as biodegradable waistbands, sewing threads, and resin buttons. This will enable 80% of our product materials to be sourced sustainably. 2. Have more than 50% of the supply chain covered by solar energy. 3. Establish an innovative supply chain tracking management system and a post production quality control center.
