Thus, TTantos focuses on sustainability, environmental, social, and economic concern. We seek a more organic world and contribute with sustainable actions in all the services we provide, so that future generations can have a world to live and care for.

Every week the machine oil is changed and placed in a recycling container. During automatic cutting, the paper is separated from the plastic covering the fabric layers, as well as the fabric waste. External companies collect this same separation to recycle and give rise to new material to be used again in automatic cutting.

TTantos is proud to obtain two certificates resulting from the safety and health of our workers: SMETA and QIMA. Our facilities have on all floors, sources of fresh filtered water, so that workers can hydrate themselves during the working period. As well, two 15-minute breaks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, so that they can relieve tension and restore enemas. Recently, in this year of 2024, in recognition of the great work of our teams, we linked health insurance so that our employees have access to medical services more economically and quickly responsive. In festive periods, we make sure to include all employees, regardless of ethnicity, all are welcome, so that there are social and happy moments, to further unite people to each other.

National Weaving is making strides towards sustainability and has recently completed the Green Skills for Small Business course with Small Business Britain and Oxford Brookes Business School. Our company is dedicated to finding innovative ways to become more eco-friendly.

We at National Weaving are actively working towards reducing our carbon footprint and increasing sustainability. Here are a few of our initiatives: Installation of Solar Panels: We have installed solar panels on the roof of our factory, and they have generated 42% of our energy usage in 2023. Car Charging Points: We have made car charging points available to all our staff. Recycled Yarn Usage: 80% the yarn used in our products is either recycled or repurposed and meets the Oeko-Tex standard. This label is well-known for testing textiles for harmful substances and stands for customer confidence and high product safety. Living Wage Employers: We are proud to be certified by the Living Wage Foundation, and we guarantee that all our staff receive a wage that is based on the cost of living. We are committed to finding new and innovative ways to support the environment and our employees while ensuring the quality of our products.

Our main objective for 2024 is to reduce waste and promote a circular economy by recycling our waste materials for use in other textile industries. We are fully committed to adhering to the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals while implementing this initiative.

At our company, we take pride in being certified as Living Wage Employers by the Living Wage Foundation. Our commitment to our staff is to pay them a wage that is based on the cost of living. Furthermore, we have recently introduced life insurance for all of our employees. Committee members who are in the Workers Welfare Committee / Grievance Committee which is elected by the workers through the election, will conduct the meeting once in a month to discuss about the workers grievance like, workers right, wages, benefits etc. Workers grievance will be addressed in the committee every month.

At Shengyi we pride ourselves in being a sustainable clothing manufacturer. We adopt ethical and sustainable practices throughout product development including, waste minimization, recycling, resource efficiency and use of local supply chain.

We have spent the last 10 years researching and developing eco-friendly fabrics and sustainable methods of production including, - 55% of the electricity used by our factories comes from a green source, Solar Energy, photovoltaic panels - Boiler water within our factories is pre-heated with solar panels - All industrial waste is recycled - Our factories use special roofing materials with major thermal isolation - All factory windows have UV Ray Protection Films in order to reduce air conditioning usage - We use controlled tabs for water saving - All our factories use eco-friendly lighting (bulbs and tube lights) - We use energy-efficient machines in our production lines - We have a strong recycling program that separates materials such as paper, plastic, batteries, and fabrics - Whenever possible we reinvest part of our profits in modernizing our facilities and operations making them as green as possible.
